As soon as you press the button, a connection to the emergency call center is automatically established. Depending on the situation, this will immediately organize the appropriate help - from a care service to an ambulance.

Can the service only be used at home?

No, with the Smart Flex subscription (incl. GPS) you are also protected on the move. The location is automatically transmitted in an emergency.

How much does the emergency call service cost per month?

The „Genius“ subscription costs CHF 79 per month. The „Smart Flex“ subscription with GPS function costs CHF 99 per month.

One-time installation fee of CHF 349.

Is the service also suitable for relatives in need of care?

Yes, the call button is ideal for relieving the burden on relatives. They receive help and care around the clock - individually adapted to their living situation.

Is there a minimum contract term or notice period?

The notice period is only 3 months. There is no notice period in the event of death.
