Genius - the reliable emergency call device for the home

Genius consists of a modern base station with an elegant textile surface and a comfortable emergency call bracelet - wearable on the wrist or as a necklace. Help is always just a push of a button away.

In an emergency, you will be connected directly to a trusted person or our 24/7 emergency call center. The large loudspeaker with clear sound quality ensures that you can hear everything clearly - particularly important when things need to happen quickly.

Genius can be flexibly expanded - for example with alarm buttons for the bathroom, smoke detectors or a stylish emergency call medallion for even more security in everyday life.

How long does the device work in the event of a power failure?

In the event of a power failure, the device continues to function up to 24 hours thanks to the integrated rechargeable battery. The running time is unlimited when connected to the mains.

Can the system be expanded with additional sensors?

Yes, the Genius system can be expanded - e.g. with smoke detectors or additional safety sensors.

Which call buttons are available?

The price includes two variants:

Bianco (white)
Nero (black)

What happens when I press the emergency call button?

When activated, a direct connection to the emergency call center is established. The response is immediate and help (e.g. rescue service or relatives) is organized if necessary.

Yes, the device works via mobile radio or the Internet - no classic telephone connection required.

How is the device installed?

Installation is simple and is carried out by a specialist technician or, on request, by mail with instructions.

How is the device monitored?

Technical monitoring is carried out permanent - Any faults or battery levels are automatically detected and reported.
